blueboxintheclouds asked : I had always fancied myself as a Ravenclaw, never really considered Hufflepuff at all - and then I got sorted into Hufflepuff and read JK Rowling's description of the Hufflepuff house, and it's so much like me it's not funny! Now I can't think why I didn't associate some of the house traits with myself before - especially valuing hard work over pure intelligence - personally I can't stand it when people are really smart, they know it and everybody else knows it, but they don't DO anything!!
Because we'd teach the lot and treat them just the same. Because we'd take loyalty and hard work over cleverness, courage, or ambition any day. Because Professor Sprout rules. Because being underestimated isn't always a bad thing. Puff pride!
