Just another update, I have joined HIH. My profile is hogwartsishere.com/effyeahhufflepuff, I am in dorm #9,961, hufflepuff house, and currently enrolled in HERB-101.
Feel free to add me as a friend, or reply with your information so others may befriend you?
Although I’ve been fairly inactive in recent times, I have been reading your messages and queueing submissions. If I have not answered your question, it is because I feel it can be answered in the FAQ.
A little info about the tags page: there is one tage in particular that I feel very proud of, “How did you feel when you were sorted into Hufflepuff?" A long time ago (about 2 years), I asked those being sorted into pottermore how they felt about being sorted into hufflepuff, or feeling as though they should have been sorted into hufflepuff. I took time to carefully reply to some of them and post others without comment as needed. You may of course still submit to that tag however you wish.
Soon I will be updating this blog; this will include: a more user-friendly theme, tagging old untagged posts, and regularly queueing up posts again.
A nail art for the proud Hufflepuff!
Made this by borrowing the traits you reblogged yesterday :)
Yeah so I’m a proud hufflepuff and I thought you might want to see my self-portrait (sort of) of myself at hogwarts! I’m pictured with tabby, my familiar, here. : )
Keep on doing great work, I relaly love this blog!
“This may surprise people, but it is the truth. In many, many ways, Hufflepuff is my favorite House. There comes a point in the final book where each House has the choice whether or not to rise to a certain challenge… The Slytherins, for reasons that are understandable, decide they’d rather not play. The Ravenclaws: some decide they will, some decide they won’t. The Hufflepuffs, virtually to a person, stay – as do the Gryffindors. Now, the Gryffindors comprise a lot of fool-hardy and show-offy people. That’s just the way it is. I’m a Gryffindor, I’m allowed to say it. There’s bravery and there’s also showboating, and sometimes the two go together. The Hufflepuffs stayed for a different reason. They weren’t trying to show off. They weren’t being reckless. That’s the essence of Hufflepuff House. Now my oldest child, my daughter Jessica, said something very profound to me not very many days ago actually. She said to me – and she, by the way, was not Sorted into Hufflepuff House – but she said to me, “I think we should all want to be Hufflepuffs.” I can only say to you that I would not be at all disappointed to be Sorted into Hufflepuff House. So I’m a little upset that anyone does feel that way.” -Jo Rowling
